BAG-1和FHIT在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测BAG-1基测和FHIT基因在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学sP法对56例NSCLC组织及15例正常肺组织中BAG-1基因和FHIT基因表达进行检测。结果非小细胞肺癌中BAG-1与FHIT的阳性表达率分别为58.93%和44.64%,与正常肺组织相比均有显著性差异(P〈0.05);从临床病理因素方面分析,BAG-1基因与癌细胞的分化程度有关(高中分化组与低分化组比较x^2=6.493,P〈O.05);FHIT基因除与癌细胞的分化程度有关(高中分化组与低分化组比较x^2为6.166,P〈0.05),还与病理类型(鳞癌缺失表达率高,与腺癌组比较x^2=17.93,P〈0.0001)及淋巴结转移情况(有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组比较x^2=9.634,P〈0.05)有关。结论BAG-1与FHIT基困存NSCLC的发生发展过程中起重要作用,可能成为预测NSCLC恶性程度的新的生物学及个体化治疗的敏感指标。
