摘要
用 F Q 型 C O2 分析仪测定了高粱叶片的光合作用特性,并对核质杂种与双亲叶片的光合作用和叶绿素含量进行了 比较测定。主 要结果是:①长 成的高粱 功能叶片净 光合速率( C O2) 的 变化范围 在212 ~385 μmol/( m 2·s) 之间。品种或遗传类型间具有显著性( P< 001) 差异。②高粱叶片光合作用的低温补偿点为4 ℃~6 ℃。此后,光合作用随着温度的增加呈线性增加,在35 ℃~36 ℃达到最大值后开始下降,光合作用的高温补偿点为45 ℃~48 ℃。呼吸作用也随着温度的增加而增加,在45 ℃时达到最高值。此后,再增加温度呼吸作用下降。③高粱叶片光合作用的光补偿点为40 ~80 μ E/( m 2·s) ,光饱和点为1 000 ~1 300 μ E/( m 2·s) 。光补偿点在所测温度范围内均表现为随着温度的增加而增加。光饱和点也随着温度的增加而增加,在35 ℃~36 ℃以上时,光饱和点开始下降。在20 ℃~35 ℃的温度范围内均可测得较高的表现量子产额和光合与呼吸的比值。④核质杂种叶片的光合作用和叶绿素含量与双亲叶片基本一致,但表现高产特性的10 个核质杂种叶片却表现为较高的光合作用和叶绿素含量。⑤核质杂种叶片的光合作?
Photosynthetic characteristic were measured in leaves of grain sorghum with an infrared CO 2 analyser in an open gas system,and a comparative study was investigated on photosynthesis and chlorophyll content in nucleo cytoplasmic hybrids and their parents of grain sorghum leaves.The results showed that ①Net photosynthetic rate in un folding leaves of grain sorghum(CO 2) was in the range of 21 2~38 5?μmol/(m 2 ·s),there were significant ( P <0 01)differences among the varieties or genetic type.②Low temperature compensation point of photosynthesis was 4℃~6℃ of grain sorghum leaves,up 4℃~6℃,photosynthesis was increased linearly as the increase of temperature,and the maximum value was measured under 35℃~36℃,and then began to decline.High temperature compensation point of photosynthesis was at 45℃~48℃.The respiration rate was also increased with the increase of temperature,but the maximum value was measured under 42℃~45℃,then the respiration rate was decreased.③Light compensation point of photosynthesis was kept steady from 5℃ to 25℃,up 25℃,it began to increase.Light saturation point was increased as the increase of temperature,up 35℃,it was decreased as the increase of temperature.From 15℃ to 35℃,higher ratio of photosynthesis to respiration and apparent quantum yield was measured in grain sorghum leaves.④There were nearly the same chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate in the leaves of Nucleo cytoplasmic(NC)hybrids and in those of their parents of grain sorghum.But,10 high yield hybrids showed higher chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate.⑤The chlorophyll content in NC hybrids was positively correlated significantly( P <0 01) with their male parents,there were no correlation with their female parents.Net photosynthetic rate in NC hybrids was positively correlated to their parents.But,the correlation between NC hybrids with their male parent was more close than those with their female parents.
