摘要
对大肠杆菌 Ｌ－ 天冬酰胺酶的摇瓶发酵进行了研究。在最适条件下发酵 １２ｈ，可使产酶达到６０ｕ／ｍ ｌ。在培养基中添加 ００１％ 硫酸亚铁和 ２％ 的 Ｗ 试剂可分别提高产酶能力 １５％ 和２８％ 。该发酵过程是一个耗氧很大的过程。
The fermentation of E .coli L asparaginase in shake flask is discussed. FeSo 4 Under the optimal culture conditions,the L asparaginase activity achieved 60u/ml.When the addition of is 0 01% and the addition of W agent is 2% in the mediums,the L asparaginase activity is increased respectively by 15% and 28%.The fermentation procss of L asparaginase is a process of large oxygen requirement.
