摘要
目的：探讨全身麻醉在急诊剖宫产中的临床应用,观察效果,总结体会.方法：回顾性分析2007年1月～2010年1月我科急诊剖宫产术产妇58例,对产妇实施全身麻醉,观察产妇麻醉起效时间、手术时间、麻醉至胎儿娩出时间、脐静脉血气分析、胎儿出生后Apgar评分情况以及副作用发生率.结果：本组58例产妇麻醉诱导与手术期间血流动力学稳定,无低血压、心动过缓等情况.所有胎儿均在诱导后10 min内娩出,Apgar评分≥8分.结论：麻醉医师应对产妇的全面评估、药物的选择、用药和体液治疗时机的把握,选择正确的麻醉方法.

Results： This group of 58 example parturient woman anaesthetizes the induction and surgery period blood stream dynamics is stable, does not have the hypotension, the heart movement slow and so on the situations. All embryos in induce in latter 10 rain the childbirth to leave, Apgar grading ≥8 minute. Conclusion： Anaesthetizes doctor to be supposed to parturient woman＇s comprehensive appraisal, the medicine choice, the medication and the body fluid treatment opportunity assurance, chooses the correct anaesthesia method.
