摘要
本文讨论了组建ATM网络的关键技术 ,特别是一种新的ATM广域网互联方案 ,它借助排队策略对网络进行流量控制 ,能很好地保持信元优先级 ,较好地按照传输请求的时序进行网络传输 。
The paper presents the important technology for building ATM WAN, especially a new architecture for interconnecting LANS and ATM WANS, namely the Queue approach,which borrows the flow control scheme from requirements. On the one hand, it provides a service with full support for timing and priority requirements. On the other hand, ATM switch buffer overflow is avoided.
