摘要
将硬脂酸(HSt)和氧化锌(ZnO)作为产水剂,通过单螺杆挤出机制备出硅烷交联聚乙烯(SXPE)。通过测量体系凝胶含量、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率,研究了体系的交联度和力学性能,并采用SEM观察挤出物的表面质量,考查其加工性能。结果表明:无需水煮交联工序,添加2.0~3.0phr产水(剂HSt:ZnO=1:1)则能够使SXPE的凝胶含量在一周时间内可达到80%;当产水剂含量为3.0phr时,体系的拉伸强度提高了18.8%,断裂伸长率增加了25.3%。产水剂的加入对熔体加工有润滑作用适,量的产水剂可使挤出物的表面光滑。
Silane cross-linked polyethylene (SXPE)was successfully prepared by single screw extruder using stearic acid (HSt) and zinc oxide (ZnO) as water bringing agents. The cross-linking degree, mechanical properties of the cross-linked system were analyzed by gel content, tensile strength, elongation at break, and the processing property was also researched by using SEM. The results indicate that when the content of HSt and ZnO (HSt:ZnO=1:1) is 2.0~3.0 phr, gel content of SXPE can reach to 80% in one week without water soaking; and then when the content of water bring agent is 3.0 phr, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the cross- linked system increase by 18.8% and 25.3% respectively. The water bring agent has lubrication effect on the melt processing, and the moderate water bring agent can make the surface of extrudates smoothly.
