摘要
目的探讨鼻咽部慢性炎症的CT表现特征。方法对27例经病理证实的鼻咽部慢性炎症的CT表现进行回顾分析。结果鼻咽部慢性炎症的主要CT表现为:(1)鼻咽壁弥漫性增厚或局限性增厚,主要向黏膜表面及腔内生长;(2)咽隐窝变浅较明显,咽旁间隙及咽缝受压较轻。结论 CT对鼻咽部慢性炎症的诊断具有重要的价值。
Objective To explore the CT characterizations of the chronic inflammation of nasopharynx.Methods CT manifestations of 27 cases chronic inflammation of nasopharynx confirmed by pathology were analyzed respectively.Results The main CT features of the chronic inflammation of nasopharynx were as follow：（1） Permeable or localized incrassation of nasopharyngeal wall,growing mainly to the surface of mucosa and nasal cavity.（2） Shallow infundibuliform recess,the parapharyngeal spaces and the nasopharynx raphe compression.Conclusion CT is a valuable method to diagnose the chronic inflammation of nasopharynx.
