摘要
讨论了如何利用危险评估技术来分析由人为失误和硬件失效引发的机舱失火这种危险,通过对导致顶事件发生的人为因素事件的定性和定量分析,提出了降低火灾危险发生概率的方法.
This paper intends to introduce human reliability assessment techniques that can be applicable to risk assessment of the fire accident in the engine room, to identify the most critical top events, intermediate and basic events, error type and relevant root causes, and to assess their influence on technical, manning, training, management, and work environment issues, and thus advances ways to improve and eliminate these problems.
