摘要
目的为促进抗菌药物合理使用,提高治疗水平,调查我院抗菌药物使用情况并评价其合理性。方法随机抽取我院2009年度出院病历400份,对资料进行统计分析和数据处理。结果我院抗菌药使用广泛;不同类抗菌药物中,青霉素用药频度(DDD s)最大;大部分抗菌药的用药指数(DUI)≤1.0;总金额序号/DDD s序号之比值接近1.0的抗菌药物种类较少。结论我院大部分抗菌药物使用合理,但用药人数和用药金额同步性较差,需进一步规范使用。
Objective In order to promote rational use of antibiotics and improve therapeutic level,usage condition of antibiotics in our hospital was investigated and evaluated.Methods 400 medical records from hospital patients were calculated and analyzed at random.Results The antibiotics were widely used in our hospital.The frequency of drug use（DDDs）of penicillin was largest.The drug utilization index（DUI） was usually less than 1.0.The ratios of the serial numbers of sum total and DDDs were rarely close to 1.0.Conclution Most of antibiotics in our hospital were reasonably used.The synchronism between numbers and sums of drug use was poor.The use of antibiotics was needed further controlled.
