摘要
介绍品质住宅的内涵,利用调查问卷及其他相关的统计数据,借助层次分析法分析浙江省品质住宅建设障碍性因素状况,确定影响品质住宅建设的特征因素的权重,据此对行政、社会、技术、经济和园区服务管理因素进行权值计算,并提出推进品质住宅建设的对策建议。
Introduces the connotation of quality residence, analyses the obstructive factors for quality residence construction in Zhejiang province by AI-IP based on questionnaires and other relevant statistical data, confirms the weight of characteristic factors which affect quality residence construction. On the basis of this weight, calculates the weights of administrative factor, social factor, technical factor, economic factor and community service management factor, and puts forwards some countermeasures to improve the quality residence construction.
