摘要
住宅产业化是一种住宅建造方式的变革,通过工厂化生产提高构配件的质量和生产能力提高住宅建设的质量和效率,降低能源和资源消耗,实现住宅建设领域的可持续发展,也是绿色建筑必要的建造方式。文章从技术、经济和环境等方面详细分析了浙江省推进住宅产业化的制约因素,在此基础上,根据浙江省经济发展和节约型社会建设总体目标,提出了"十二五"期间推进住宅产业化的政策与措施建议。最后,制定了推进产业化的工作任务和工作目标。
Residential industrialization is the transformation of residential construction way, by means of industrialized production, it improves the accessories quality and production capacity, raises the quality and efficiency of residential construction, reduces energy and resource consumption, realizes residential construction＇s sustainable development, all of which is also green building＇s necessary construction way. This article makes a detailed analysis of the limiting factors of promoting the residential industrialization from Zhejiang province from the aspects of technology, economy and environment, ect. On this basis, according to the overall objectives of economic development and conservation-oriented society of Zhejiang province, it brines UD the nolicv and measures research of Dromotinz the residential industrialization in Zheiiang province in twelfth five-year plan.
