摘要
本文研制了一种新型的氨基二苯醚树脂(ANDPO),并利用其与环氧树脂共聚,研究了共聚机理,考察了共聚物的耐热性,结果表明共聚物热分解温度可达308℃,耐热指数为189℃。
A new type of amine-terminated diphenyl ether oligomer (ANDPO) was synthesized from methoxy methyl diphenyl ether oligomer. The polymerization mechanism of ANDPO and epoxide E-44 and the thermal properties of its cured compound were studied by Gel time, IR, DSC and TGA. The result showed that the heat-resistant property of this copolymer was excellent, for instance, the glass translation temperature was 172℃, the heat decomposition temperature was 304℃ and the heat-resistant index was 189℃.
