摘要
利用超导核磁共振(NMR)测定了各种类型的聚氨酯的1H和13C谱,得到了一系列聚氨酯的NMR化学位移数据,可用于未知结构的聚氨酯结构鉴定。同时对鉴定工作中遇到的问题作了一系列阐述。
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR)is an effective method for the identification of polyurethane structure. Generally, polyurethane consists of polyols, polyisocynates, and chain extender. Conventional method of identification for polyurethane deals with hydrolyzing polyurethane first, then separating into coresponding three parts, and identificating the components respectively, finally deducing the whole structure of polyurethane molecule. In the present work, a series of polyurethanes were measured in superconductive NMR spectroscopy, and several groups of chemical shift data of polyurethane were obtained. Furthermore, assignment of spectrum peaks was verified by DEPT and 13 C 1H corelate two dimentional NMR experiments. In addition the problems encounted in identification course, such as solvent effectives, offset of real chemical shift value the identification of different types of nitrogen containing linkage in polyurethane, as well as the quantitative measurement by 13 C NMR spectroscopy were discussed.
