摘要
口模拉伸工艺制备的 H D P E 单丝具有高强高模高热收缩等特性,文中探讨了这类单丝在一定温度下处理1h 后,其性能变化规律,发现在低于临界温度120 ℃时,单丝材料中非晶部分的解取向,导致了材料强度和模量的下降,但高于120 ℃时, 由于单丝结晶相增加,反而促使其力学性能提高,并出现拉伸屈服现象。动态粘弹谱( D M A)和 D S C测试对上述现象作出了解释。
HDPE monofilament with high strength, high modulus and high thermo shrinkage ratio under one cristal temperature was obtained by die drawing process. The tendency of monofilament behaviour with annealing temperature is revealed when material is treated for about 1 h. It is found that the de oringtation of non crystalline zone in HDPE monofilament under 120 ℃ would reduce its strength and modulus, however, the properties can be raised while the temperature above 120 ℃, since the crystalline degree is rising. Such results had been proved from the spectra of DMA and DSC.
