摘要
采用 R S M A 为增容剂制备了 P A6/ P P共混物,研究了 R S M A 增容 P A6/ P P共混物的形态结构和热行为以及晶态结构,并探讨 R S M A 增容 P A6/ P P共混物的增容机理。结果表明, P A6/ P P共混物为热力学不相容的海岛型两相结构, R S M A 的加入改善了 P A6 与 P P相间的相容性,使两相分散均匀,分散度提高。 R S M A 对 P A6/ P P共混物的增容机理可用界面分散相复合模型描述。
The polyamide 6(PA6)/polypropylene(PP) blends compatilized by random styrene maleic anhydride copolymer(RSMA) were prepared by mechanical mixing. Their morphology, thermal properties and crystalline structure were investigated, and the compatilizing mechanism of RSMA to PA6/PP blends was emphatically discussed. The results show that PA6/PP is a distinct two phase incompatible blending system in thermodynamics. Adding RSMA greatly improves its compatibility, reduces the dispersed phase size and improves the phase dispersity. The compatilizing mechanism of RSMA to PA6/PP blends can be discribed by the interface distributed phase model.
