摘要
考察了漆酚金属盐聚合物在缩酮合成反应中的催化性能。实验表明 ,漆酚与Fe3+ 、Sn4 + 、Al3+ 等金属盐的聚合物均能催化缩酮的合成反应。以环己酮和乙二醇为反应体系 ,在漆酚Fe3+ 盐聚合物 (简称UR Fe)催化剂存在下 ,环己酮缩乙二醇(CHGK)的得率为 81% ,催化剂重复使用 5次后 ,CHGK得率仍为 71% ;在漆酚Fe3+和Sn4 + 盐聚合物 (简称UR Fe Sn)催化剂存在下 ,CHGK得率为 83% ,催化剂重复使用 15次后 ,CHGK得率仍为 73%。此外 ,该类催化剂还能催化合成其它缩酮 。
In this paper, catalytic synthesis of ketals with polymer compounds of urushiol and metal salts(UR M) as ca ̄talysts was studied. The results show that polymer compound of urushiol Fe 3+ salt (UR Fe), urushiol Fe 3+ ,Sn 4+ salt (UR Fe Sn) and urushiol Al 3+ salt (UR Al) can catalyze synthetic reaction of ketals. These catalysts can be regenerated and reused, in which UR Fe Sn is the best one which has better stability and reusability, and faster reaction speed. In the synthetic reaction of cyclohexanone ethylene glycol ketal (CHGK) catalyzed by UR Fe Sn, yield of CHGK is 83 %. The catalyst can be reused for fifteen times, keeping yield of CHGK at 73 %. Synthetic reaction of other ketals, such as ketal from methyl ethyl ketone and ethylene glycol, can also be catalyzed with UR M.
