摘要
研究了含青霉素酰化酶的重组菌 E.coli A56 (p P A22)发酵过程中环境因素对酶活的影响,考察了发酵液性质变化与酶活表达之间的关系,获得了酶活较高时的优化环境条件。结果表明,青霉素酰化酶在重组菌生长的平衡期后开始大量表达。
The effects of environm ental factors on the enzym e activity of recom binant E.coli A56(p P A22) w ith penicillin acylase w ere studied during the ferm entation. The rela tionship betw een the characters offerm entation broth and the enzym e activity w as investi gated,and the optim al environm ental conditions for the higher enzym e activity w ere ob tained as w ell. The results show ed thatpenicillin acylase produced w ith a greatam ountaf ter the stationary phase ,and that phenylacetic acid as a lim iting substrate played a role ofinducing the synthesis of penicillin acylase.
