摘要
采用转糖苷合成了十二烷基葡糖苷。通过正交实验，对原料配比、催化剂用量和醇交换反应温度等因素对产率的影响进行了考查。得到最佳反应条件为 ｎ（糖）∶ｎ（正丁醇）∶ｎ（正十二醇）∶ｎ（催化剂）＝ １∶６∶８∶０００６，反应温度 １１０℃。
The dodecylglycoside is prepared by trans glycosylation of glucose with dodecanol.The optimum conditions are as follows: n (glucose)∶( n butanol)∶ n(n dodecanol)∶ n (catalyst)=1∶6∶8∶0 006,reaction temperature is 110℃.It is pointed out also that the ratio of n butanol and amount of catalyst used are major factors effected on the reaction yield.
