介绍室温固化、低硬度聚氨酯弹性体的合成方法及其性能。讨论了多元醇、异氰酸酯、稀释剂、催化剂等组分对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响,分析了其阻尼性能,给出了陶瓷/聚氨酯弹性体复合板的抗弹性能。
This paper introduced the synthetic methods of the low hardness PUR elastomer cured at room temperature and its property, discussed the effects of the isocyanate, polyol, diluent and catalyst on the property of the elastomer, analyzed its damping property and provided the bullet resistance of the ceramic/PUR elastomer composite plate.
