摘要
本文论述了彩色金属薄板生产用聚氨酯涂覆胶辊材料的合成原料选择、配方设计和工艺路线、以及力学性能和溶胀性能等．从测试数据看出．与美国进口样品相比．其力学性能和溶胀性能普遍优于后者。
This paper discusses the selections of raw materials, the design of formula and technological process of the synthesis of polyurethane coating rollers for the production of colourful medal sheet,as well as the mechanical and swelling properties etc. of this kind of material. The test date indicates that the bulk of the mechenical and swelling property,compared with imported sample from America,is superior to the latter.
