摘要
以２ ，４ 二叔丁基苯酚和甲醛为原料通过乳液缩合反应合成了２ ，２’亚甲基双（４ ，６二叔丁基苯酚） ，再通过磷酸酯化、水解、中和等反应合成了ＰＰ 成核剂甲撑双（２ ，４二叔丁基苯氧基） 磷酸钠。用成核剂对ＰＰ 进行改性，掺和成核剂的ＰＰ 具有良好的综合性能。
In this paper,2,2methylene bis(4,6 di t butylphenol) was prepared by condensation of 2,4 bis t butyl phenol and formaldehyde in emulsion,and the nucleating agent for PP was obtained by a seriel of reactions such as estification,hydrolysis and neutralization.PP was modified with this nucleating agent and its overall properties was notably improved.
