摘要
以环己烷和甲醇为反应介质,在酸性催化剂的作用下,由苯甲醛与山梨糖醇缩合反应生成产物1,3-;2,4-二亚苄基山梨糖醇(DBS)。并利用正交实验对合成DBS的反应条件进行了讨论,得出最佳工艺:醛醇摩尔比为2.1∶1.0,w(对甲基苯磺酸)=1.2%,甲醇用量80 mL,环己烷用量70 mL。同时采用环己烷/丙酮混合溶剂对DBS进行提纯,得到高纯度且收率为67.6%的产物。
1,3-;2,4- Dibenzylidene sorbitol(DBS)was synthesized by the condensation reaction of benzaldehyde and sorbitol under the acidic catalyst in methanol and cyclohexane. The effects of different factors on the reaction were discussed by orthogonal experiment method. The optimum condition were found as follows: the molar raito of benzaldehyde to sorbitol was 2.1 : 1.0, the amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid(TSA) was 1.2% (mass percentage), the amounts of methanol and cyclohexane were 80 mL and 70 mL, high purity DBS respectively. DBS was purified with the mixture of cyclohexane and propanone, and with the yield of 67.6% was obtained.
