摘要
本文评述了乳液膜技术在酶反应中的应用情况,着重从增强液膜稳定性、改进传质效果以及减少酶活损失3个方面进行了分析,并对其应用前景作了讨论。
This review covered recent advances in emulsion liquid membranes (ELMs) applications in enzymatic reactions . The factors of ELMs influencing stability, transport and enzyme activities were emphatically considered. The advantages, limitations and some applications in enzymatic reactions with industrial potential were discussed.
