摘要
以5个棉花品种为材料,采用盐池原土鉴定法,在土壤全盐含量0.4%和0.1%(对照)的胁迫下,通过调查幼苗长势、盐害症状、二叶期的株高和叶片数,对棉苗分类并计算盐害指数,确立了以盐害指数为分级指标的棉花苗期耐盐性评价标准。
The effects of salt stress on seeding growth of 5 cotton varieties were studied in salt pond filled with 0.4% and 0.1%（control） saline alkali soil,cotton seedings were classified according to seeding growth,symptom of salt injury,plant height and blade number in two-leaf period,and salt injury indlices were calculated.Evaluation criteria of salt tolerance for cotton seeding was established.
