摘要
目的：对临床疑为急性胰腺炎的 ９８ 例患者，同时测定淀粉酶和脂肪酶活力，以观察它们对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值． 方法：运用临床流行病学诊断试验的方法，分别计算淀粉酶、脂肪酶及淀粉酶和脂肪酶联合对急性胰腺炎诊断的敏感度、特异度和准确度． 结果：淀粉酶对急性胰腺炎诊断的敏感度、特异度和准确度分别是 ８９．６％ ，９４０％ ，９１．８％ ；脂肪酶对急性胰腺炎诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别是 ９５．８％ ，９４０％ ，９４９％ ． 淀粉酶和脂肪酶联合诊断的敏感度是１００％ 、特异度为９８０％ 、准确度是９９０％ ． 结论：淀粉酶和脂肪酶联合检测可提高诊断的阳性率和符合率．
AIM:To investigate the diagnostic value of combined amylase(AMS) and lipase(LPS) assay in acute pancreatitis. METHODS:Ninety eight patients suffering from upper abdominal pain were studied by clinical epidemiological method. Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of both enzymes were evaluated singly and combinedly. RESULTS:Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of AMS for acute pancreatitis were 89.6%,94 0% and 91.8% respectively;sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of LPS for acute pancreatitis were 95.8%,94 0% and 94.9%,respectively, sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined AMS and LPS were 100%,98.0% and 99 0%. CONCLUSION:Combined assay of AMS and LPS can enhance the accuracy in diagnozing acute pancreatitis.
