盐酸阿比多尔在抗病毒方面的研究开发较为活跃。综述了阿比朵尔的理化性质、合成工艺、作用机理、药效学、药动学、临床研究、耐药性和毒性及其制剂类型。
The research of arbidol hydrochloride is popular.In this paper,the recent advances of arbidol hydrochloride was summarized,including its properties of physical and chemical,technology of synthesis,mechanism,pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics,clinical research resistance and toxicity,type of preparation.
