槲皮素抗流感病毒作用研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察槲皮素体内抗病毒作用及诱生干扰素的水平。方法以病毒滴鼻感染小鼠,观察肺指数、病毒致小鼠死亡率等的影响;对流感病毒感染小鼠研究诱生干扰素水平。结果槲皮素可降低流感病毒感染小鼠死亡率和肺指数。同时可抑制病毒的复制,减轻肺部的炎症,对流感病毒感染小鼠有治疗保护作用。而血清IFN水平槲皮素虽较病毒模型组有所提升,但差异并没有统计学意义,可能病毒诱生IFN作用与药物的作用存在交叉关系。结论槲皮素有在整体水平上对流感病毒感染小鼠有保护作用。 Objective To study anti-influenza virus effect of quercetin and its inducing on interferon. Methods The influenza virus type A FM1 strain were infected into mice from nose.The influences on lung index,the death rate of mice and the inducing on interferon were observed.Results In vivo,quercetin can reduce mortality and the lung index.Also,it can inhibit influenza virus replication in the lungs and reduce inflammation caused by influenza virus.These suggest that quercetin can protect mice from infection by influenza virus.The level of IFN in serum in quercetin group was higher than that in the model group,but the difference was not statistically significant.The IFN induced by virus and the IFN induced by drug may exist relation alternately.Conclusion Generally,quercetin can protect mice from infection by influenza virus.
