摘要
以4-氯丁酰氯和氯苯为原料经酰化、合环得到环丙基-4-氯苯基酮,然后再以环丙基-4-氯苯基酮、盐酸羟氨和对硝基苄溴为原料,采用"一锅法"合成了杀虫剂氟螨脲的中间体1-硝基-4-(α-环丙基-4-氯苯甲亚胺氧基甲基)苯,收率70.6%。对产物及中间体的结构进行了1H NMR和IR表征。通过工艺条件优化,简化了反应步骤,提高了收率。
4-Chlorophenyl cyclopropyl ketone is synthesized by acylation and cyclization with 4-chlorobutyryl chloride and chlorobenzene as starting materials.Intermediate of flucycloxuron,an insecticide,(4-chlorophenyl)(cyclopropyl)methanone O-(4-nitrobenzyl)oxime is obtained in "one-pot" reaction with the 4-chlorophenyl cyclopropyl ketone,hydroxylamine hydrochloride and p-Nitrobenzyl bromide as starting materials,the yield was 70.6%.The structure of the product and intermediates is characterized by 1H NMR and IR.The process can be simplified and the yield of(4-chlorophenyl)(cyclopropyl)methanone O-(4-nitrobenzyl)oxime increased through optimization.
