摘要
介绍了乙氧亚甲基乙酰乙酸乙酯及其类似物的特性,叙述了其合成方法,以及他们在有机合成特别是杂环化合物如异噁唑、吡唑、嘧啶、香豆素等合成中的应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望。建议加强反应活性研究,如环合时如何使用不同的反应条件,使乙酰基或酯基优先参与环合,或与不对称化合物环合时使用不同条件,以得到不同的环合产物。
This review summarizes the syntheses and applications of ethyl ethoxymethyleneacetoacetate and analogues in organic synthesis,particularly in the construction of heterocyclic compounds such as isoxazoles,pyrazoles,pyrimidines and coumarins.In the paper,researchers give the advice that more attention shall be paid on the reactivity research.For example,how to make acetyl group or ester group participate in cyclization by using different reaction conditions;get different cyclization product by using different condition while cyclization with asymmetric compound.
