摘要
院校协作,是针对传统视野下大学与中小学之间价值背离与功能分歧的弊端而生发出来的。随着行动研究的兴起,以及教师教育核心场域在大学与小学之间的此消彼长,大学与中小学有必要在功能重建的基础上进行价值整合。院校协作超越了传统大学对中小学“数据榨取式”的“假协作”,是双方需要的自然流溢,是两种利益的叠加。
University and School Partnership come into being f by reason of the function and the values of them discords with each other in the past.Both of them must go through values reconstruct and functional rebuild under the ground that the introduction of action research, that the flourish of the grounded theory, that the change of main room of the teacher education. Different from the traditional "fake collaboration", University and School Partnership is of benefit to both of them.
