摘要
从事业单位收入分配制度改革入手,阐述了提高高校工资管理水平的必要性,分析了当前高校工资管理中存在的多方面问题,有针对性地提出了解决高校工资管理问题的对策。
This article starts with the reform of income distribution policy in public institution.Then the paper expounds the necessity of improvement of salary management level in institutions of higher learning.After the analysis the existing problems among the current payroll system,the paper presents the correspondent solution to solve it.
