摘要
介绍了采用“化学选择性表面吸附”方法在气路中使用NaOH及Na2O2排除固体样品热解产生的干扰气体的RG-1型单波长冷原子吸收测汞仪,仪器抗干扰能力3A(吸光度),允许直接热解纯硫20mg及可能热解释放出大量干扰气体的单矿物50mg。主要技术指标超过了双波长的塞曼原理测汞仪。该仪器与计算机的配合使操作功能更为方便灵活。基线稳定性显著改善,可直接给出峰值、积分浓度以及各项技术指标的统计数据,并配置了快速热释相态谱分析功能。仪器对Hg的检出限0.004ng,方法检出限6ng/g,分析精密度RSD<5%(n=11),固体样品测汞的线性范围3~300ng/g,应用该仪器分析了国家一级标准物质中的汞。
A monowavelength coldvapor atomic absorption thermal release mercury
analyzer is developed. NaOH and Na\-2O\-2 are used in the gas route to remove the interfering
gases produced from the solid samples during thermal release step. The main technical
features of this instrument are superior to the double wavelength mercury analyzer based on
Zeeman principle. Combined with new computer system, the analytical functions of this
instrument are extended with more convenience and flexibility. The stability of baseline is
improved remarkably. Peak value, integral concentration and the statistic data for various
technical specifications can be given directly. It also provides the function of phase spectrum
analysis through highspeed thermal release. The detection limit of the instrument for Hg is
0.004 ng and as low as 6 ng/g of Hg in samples can be determined by this method. The
precision of determination is <5% RSD(n=11) and the linear range is 3300 ng/g for Hg. The
method has been applied to the determination of mercury in the national standard reference
materials. The results are in agreement with the certified values.\=\=
