摘要
以技能竞赛培养和提升高职学生的实践动手能力与创新能力,是当前高职人才培养中重点关注的问题。要从高职人才培养目标的特点出发,根据企业行业的人才需求,并结合高职学生能力特点,探讨一种全新的多元化技能竞赛机制,通过对这种竞赛机制的实践,努力提高学生职业素质。
To develop and enhance higher vocational students＇ ability of practice and innovation through skill competition,this is the point question of current higher vocational talents cultivation.Based on the target of higher vocational talents cultivation and combined with both needs of industries and characteristics of students,we try to explore a new diversified mechanism of skill competition and improve students＇ vocational qualities with it.
