摘要
对港口地位与功能的演变进行了分析;介绍了国内外港口规划发展状况,提出了我国港口规划存在的主要问题;对当前港口规划中的几个热点问题进行了分析和研究,并提出了解决的措施与建议。
This paper analyzes the status and function evolution of ports,describes the international development of port planning,and points out main problems in China＇s port planning.Current hot issues for port planning are analyzed and measures and suggestions are proposed.
