介绍我国沿海港口现状和建设技术进展;结合我国宏观政策的变化和国外现代化港口情况,分析沿海港口的显著特点和发展趋势;围绕我国沿海港口发展目标,重点阐述深水港口建设面临的重大技术问题。
This paper describes the current situation and technical progress of China＇s coastal port construction, analyzes the characteristics and development trend of coastal ports combining with the changing of China＇ s macroeconomic policy and situation of modern ports in other countries, and expounds with emphasis major problems confronted centering on the development objective of China＇s coastal port.
