摘要
经济体制改革使中国经济发展路径呈现出既不同于传统计划经济,也不同于典型市场经济的特殊性。作者从结构角度分析了经济体制改革以来中国经济短缺的特点及原因,指出体制性短缺和发展性短缺的同时并存、相互激荡构成当前中国经济中新的结构问题。提出要在双重二元结构中谋求新的发展,必须缔造适合双轨条件的新的中间性经济组织形式。
The current economic reconstructuring has brought about new characteristics inChina's economic development,which are different from both the traditionalcentralized economy and the typical market-oriented economy.The author,from theviewpoint of structure,examines the features and causes of China's shortage eco-nomy after a decade of economic restructuring,He points out that the co-existenceof and interrelations between shortages brought about by the economic structureand those of development have led to new problems in the country's economy.Accor-ding to the author,if China intends to find a way out of the dual structures,itmust establish an interim economic organization in conformity with the double-track prices.
