摘要
综述了急诊护士压力感受水平、压力源类型、应对方式以及压力和应对方式对护士健康的影响,提出急诊护士有效应对压力的策略。
It reviewed level of stress perception,type of pressure source,coping styles of emergency nurses and influence of stress and coping styles on health of nurses.It put forward some strategies for nurses to cope with stress effectively.
