摘要
本文是英国几位经济学家近期合成的力作。文中既运用了“公共选择”学派的寻租理论,又对发展中国家公共部门的就业理论进行了实证性的分析,同时丰富和发展了刘易斯的发展模式。这一研究成果,对我国这样一个以公有部门就业为主体的发展中国家来说,无疑有着极为重要的意义。
Jointly authored by British economists, the present discourse reviews the theory of advocated by the public selection school, gives a positive analysis of the theory of employment in the developing countries and thereby enriches and expands the development model evolved by Sir William Arther Lewis.Such research is, beyond any doubt, of high importance to China, a developing country whose economy is built mainly on the employment by publicly-owned bodies.
