P507与N503在煤油体系中对酚类物质萃取效率的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 选用P507(0-(2-乙基已基)-2-乙基已基磷酸酯)和N503(N,N二-(1-甲基庚基)乙酰胺)2种有机萃取剂对酚的质量浓度为4 500 mg/L的废水进行处理。在煤油体系中,考察了油水体积比、pH值、萃取体系相比、萃取温度、萃取时间等因素对P507和N503萃取剂效果的影响。试验结果表明,在pH值为3~3.5,萃取温度为30℃,萃取时间为10 min,萃取剂与稀释剂的体积比为0.7,萃取水油体积比为3∶1的条件下,萃取剂P507一级萃取效率可达到99%以上且能循环使用,其性能与同条件下使用的高效萃取剂N503差别不大,P507用于含酚废水的处理是可行的。 Two kinds of organic extractants: P507[0-(2-ethylhexyl)-2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester] and N503[N,N-di(1-methylhepty) acetamide] were selected to treat wastewater with phenol concentration of 4 500 mg/L.The influences of oil-water volume ratio,pH value,phase ratio of extraction system,temperature and time of extraction and some other factors on the extraction performance of P507 and N503 were investigated.The results of the test showed that,when the pH value was 3-3.5,the temperature was 30℃,the extraction time was 10 min,the volume ratio of extractant to thinner was 0.7,the water-oil volume ratio was 3 ∶ 1,the first grade extraction rate of P507 reached above 99% and the extractant could be recycled.As there was no significant difference between the performance of P507 and efficient extractant N503 under the same condition,using P507 to treat phenol-containing wastewater was feasible.
