摘要
采用络合萃取法,以TOA为萃取剂、煤油为稀释剂处理对硝基苯酚生产废水。当萃取剂浓度为7-5%( 油相) 、相比1∶1-5、萃取时间20 min 时,废水经一级萃取硝基苯酚去除率达99-0% ,COD去除率达94-0% 。萃取所得络合相经NaOH解络后,上层油相为萃取剂可循环使用,下层为浓缩的对硝基苯酚,可回收利用。
A complex extraction method for treating para_nitrophenol (PNP) wastewater was presented by use of trioctyl amine (TOA) as extraction solvent and kerosene as diluent.The experiment results show that the PNP removal rate is 99.0 % and the COD removal rate is 94.0 % by one stage extraction under the following optimum conditions:extraction solvent concentration of 7.5 % (oil phase), phase ratio of 1∶1.5 and extraction time of 20 minutes.The used extraction solvent can be recycled and the enriched PNP can be reclaimed after stripping by adding NaOH into the complex phase.
