摘要 采用高压脉冲电凝-Fenton氧化工艺对制药废水进行处理,探讨了进水pH值、极板间距、反应时间、H2O2投加量等因素对去除制药废水CODCr的影响。研究表明:高压脉冲电凝-Fenton氧化法的最佳工况条件为:进水pH值为4左右、极板间距为20 mm、电流强度为10 A、高压脉冲电凝反应时间为45 min、H2O2投加量为4mL/L、Fenton氧化时间为60 min。在此反应条件下,该处理工艺对CODCr去除率为36.5%~39.2%,废水m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)从0.13提高到0.37,可生化性大大提高,为后续处理工艺的达标排放奠定了基础。 Using high voltage electrocagulation-Fenton oxidation process to treat pharmaceutical wastewater,the effects of influent pH value,space between electrode plates,reaction time,H2O2 dosage and some other factors on CODCr removal were investigated.The results showed that,the optimal reaction condition for the said process was: the influent pH value was about 4,the space between electrode plates was 20 mm,the current intensity was 10 A,the reaction time of high voltage electrocagulation was 45 min,the H2O2 dosage was 4 mL/L,the Fenton oxidation time was 60 min.Through the treatment under the above condition,the removal rate of CODCr was 36.5%-39.2%,and the m(BOD5)/m(CODCr) increased from 0.13 to 0.37,the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved greatly,which laid a solid foundation for subsequent process and standard-reached discharge.
