摘要
采用稀释涂布乎板的方法分别在LB、YPG、牛肉膏蛋白胨和原废水4种代表性培养基上培养交替流生物反应器内的微生物。结果表明,LB培养基上生长的茵落数量最少,YPG培养基上生长的茵落数量最多,牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基获得的茵落种类最多,原废水培养基获得的茵落种类最少。每种培养基都能够分离得到其他培养基上分离不到的独特类型的细菌,研究细菌的多样性应该综合考虑到不同培养基的优势联合使用。
The microorganisms in alternating flow bioreactor were cultured on LB medium,YPG medium,beef-protein medium and raw wastewater medium by using the method of dilution plating.The results indicated that the growth number of colonies in LB medium was the least,colonies number in YPG medium was the largest,the most species of colony on beef-protein medium and the least species on raw wastewater medium obtained.Each medium could get unique bacterium,the research on the diversity of bacteria should have a comprehensive consideration on advantages of different medias and have a combined use.
