摘要 慢病毒载体是近年来发展极其迅速的基因载体,对分裂及非分裂细胞均具有感染力强大、能容纳大片段外源目的基因、基因持续表达、宿主免疫反应小等优点。近年来对慢病毒载体的研究日渐深入,慢病毒载体在血液系统相关疾病的研究中也得到广泛的应用。现对慢病毒载体及其在血液系统疾病研究中的应用予以综述。 Lentiviral vector is a kind of gene vector which has extremely rapidly developed in recent years,with the advantages of strong ability to infect dividing and non-dividing cells,and accommodate large fragments of exogenous genes which can be continuously expressed while the immune response is mild.In recent years,along with the intensive study of lentiviral vector progessing,the application of Lentiviral vector in the study of blood diseases are more extensive.So this review is focus on the process of the lentiviral vector and its application in the researching of blood diseases.
