摘要
应用锤击法对立式加工中心进行了试验模态分析,研究该机床的动态特性,获得机床低频段的固有频率、阻尼比和振型。通过对该机床各阶模态振型的分析,找到了机床结构的薄弱环节,并为进行结构优化设计提出了改进措施。
In this paper,the modal analysis of the vertical machine tools is made by using hammer-hitting method.Dynamic characteristics of the machine tools are studied,and its lower orders natural frequencies,damper rates,mode shape are also obtained.Through analysis of the modal characteristics,relative weaker parts of the machine tool are found and the suggestion of structure improvement for this machine tool is given.
