摘要
模态测试技术是机械工程专业高年级本科生和研究生教学中的重要学习内容。为了从实践上验证模态分析相关理论的正确性,掌握基本的模态测试方法,该文以瞬态激励法为基础,对悬臂梁结构进行了模态参数测试,给出了瞬态激励测试悬臂梁部件的基本实验步骤,获得了悬臂梁结构的一阶及二阶固有频率和振型。同时,对实验结果进行了必要的分析讨论。该研究将为模态测试的实验教学提供一种实用的实验方法,也为瞬态激励法的实际工程应用提供基础。
Mode measurement is an important content for the teaching senior and graduate students in the discipline of mechanical engineering.In order to validate the theory related mode analysis and master the measurement method of mode,the mode parameters of cantilever beam are measured based on the impact-testing method.The experiment steps are analyzed and the first and second order natural vibration frequencies and mode shapes are obtained.The experimental results are discussed.The research will provide a practical method for experimental teaching of mode measurement and lay the foundation for engineering application of the impact-testing method.
