摘要
运用近年来对维生素P和龙葵碱的生理生化作用的研究成果,解释茄子保护心脑血管、抗衰老、防癌抗癌的药用机理,简单介绍了茄子用于癌症辅助食疗的现状,并对茄子的其他保健功能和药用价值进行了概述。
This paper explains the eggplants＇ medicine mechanism of protecting the blood vessel of heart and brain,against ageing,preventing and against cancer by using the results which came from the recent studies of the physiology and biochemistry function of vitamin P and solanine.The present situation is shown of which eggplants are used to fight against cancer in a dietotherapy way.Some other functions of eggplants such as the health protecting and medicine value are also introduced.
