摘要
目的 :探讨年龄因素对睫状突位置及突起高度的影响。方法 :应用 UBM定量测量两组健康被试者的睫状突的位置及突起高度相关指标 ,其中高年龄段组 (5 1～ 79岁 ) 31人 ,低年龄段组 (12～ 35岁 ) 2 1人。对两组间各指标测量值之间差异的显著性进行统计学分析。结果 :两组在睫状突位置相关指标 :TCPD和 A角的测量值上差异具显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,显示高年龄段组睫状突位置较低年龄段组前移。在睫状突突起高度方面两组间差异不具显著性。结论
Objective:To study the influence of age on the position and height of cilliary process.Methods:Use UBM to quantitatively measure the position and height of the cilliary process of two group of normal person:one age 51～79,including 31 people,the other aged 12～35,including 21 people.Use grouped T test to find out the significance of the difference between the two groups.Results:The two groups have significant difference in parameter TCPD and A angle (P<0.05),reflecting the position of the ciliary process is more anterior in the group with older age than in the younger one,but no significant influence in the measurement of the height of the ciliary process.Conclusions:This kind of senile change in ciliary process of forward movement may have something to do with the occurrence and development of angle closure glaucoma in the senior person.
