以发热、肠穿孔为临床表现的间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨以发热为首发症状的间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤(anaplastic large cell lymphoma,ALCL)的诊治要点。方法对我院收治的1例ALCL临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本例因发热20余天入院,病初按上呼吸道感染治疗无效,骨髓象及实验室检查示巨幼细胞性、溶血性贫血并肾功能损害。既往曾患肺结核未治愈,CT扫描双肺病变,按上述疾病治疗仍无效;后因突发腹痛,疑诊腹腔脏器穿孔行手术治疗,术中见腹腔内有大量淡黄色液体及少量脓苔,多数肠系膜淋巴结增大,取活检明确诊断为ALCL。结论 ALCL临床表现复杂,病初确诊困难,尽早获得病理检查结果及免疫分型对该病的诊断及治疗至关重要。
