成人原发系统型间变性大细胞淋巴瘤的治疗与预后

摘要 间变性大细胞淋巴瘤是非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一种亚型,具有独特的病理学改变和生物学行为,发病率较低,关于其治疗方法、结果及预后的文献报道有限,目前尚无规范成熟的治疗方案。笔者着重介绍成人原发系统型间变性大细胞淋巴瘤的治疗和预后问题。
