摘要
基于疲劳寿命理论,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对采煤机破碎装置的锥销轴进行了疲劳寿命仿真。通过完善边界条件处理方式,保证仿真结果与实验结果一致,得到了该零件危险部位的应力及寿命安全系数。利用有限元优化模块与灵敏度方法相结合,对锥销轴的外形结构尺寸进行了优化,优化后锥销轴重量减轻了4.5%,疲劳使用率提高了61.4%。
On the base of fatigue life theory and finite element analysis software,the conical pin in broken device of coal machine's fatigue life simulation is carried out.Through improving the boundary conditions,ensure the simulation results agree with experimental results,obtain the part of dangerous position stress and life safety coefficient.Combining the finite element optimization with sensitivity method,the structure size of conical pin is optimized;the structural of weight of conical pin is lightened 4.5% and the rate of utilization increases 61.4%.
